Magnificent Painter.
The Visual artist born in Mexico City showed his artistic gifts at a very early age.After finishing High School, he moved to Ireland where he lived for over 10 years, time in which he travelled all around Europe and defined his professional path, studied interior design at Liberties College Dublin, joined the BA in interior and furniture design at the Dublin Institute of Technology, and studied floristry afterwards. The high artistic level of his proyects inclined to visual arts, especially painting. He moved to Argentina with the goal of finding a new direction for his new artworks and the spaces needed for their exhibition in Latinamerica. He had five individual shows in Buenos Aires between 2013 and 2014, one of them lasting for 6 months due to its influx and excellent critics recieved. The painter cathalogued as contemporary, realistic and modern, employs techniques such as acrylics and pastel mainly. He considers himself realistic, fantastic, transgressive, dreamlike and fearless of any manifestation that exposes his ideas. He taes inspiration in nature, urban landscapes, intense human experiences and feelings such as death, love, philias and sexuality. Influenced by classics like Rembrant for his use of light, Frida Kahlo for her sensitivity and Warhol for his creativity, he has developed his own style to what he calls nowadays "Pop Realism". He is currently living in Mexico City where he is taking part of collective shows and has recently closed a solo show at the Movimiento Ciudadano political party headquarters. One of his paintings is currently on display at the Museum of the City of Mexico, as one of the few artworks selected to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the city's great earthquake.
